5H hybrid hi-speed injection molding machine

The machine is designed with accumulator to realize high speed injection ,Besides ,it has the function of 3 axis linkage to realize material charging ,mould opening and ejection at the same time.
Main application : IML molding with robot system ,thinwall container molding, such as ice cream box, yogurt box ,disposable food container etc,cycle time can reach 4.0 s for 4 cavity ice cream ice cream box mould with 0.4mm thickness.

5H hybrid hi-precision injection molding machine

Machines is applied with KEBA control system and Rexroth valve ,it can control each shot to get high precision molding.
Main application : Electronic parts, such as mobile phone cover ,plastic mechanical gear ,LED light etc.

5H PET injection molding machine 

The PET special machine is applied with PET special screw and barrel which has big L/D value ,ensuring the excellent plasticizing capacity ,it can help you to get high output and make full use of the machine .
Main Application : PET preform mould from single cavity to multi cavities ,PCL ,ROPP,BPE standard preform ,Jar preform etc.

DKM-200 can be loaded in 20 feet container by adjusting safety door.
